STAND UP PADDLE LESSON 2 PEOPLE

If you want a gentle and easygoing alternative to surfing, our stand-up paddle board lessons are just what you’re after. Often referred to as stand-up paddle surfing (SUP), you’ll learn how to get on your board, find your balance, and the essential paddling techniques. It's an invigorating workout for your entire body!

LESSON LOCATION Lessons are scheduled at Mussel Rocks in Cowes or Rhyll Foreshore, with the specific site confirmed one day prior, depending on the prevailing conditions.

LESSON INCLUSIONS In your lesson, you will receive 1hr instruction from fully qualified and experienced surf instructors who hold WCC and current first aid certifications. The lesson also includes a stand up paddle board, wetsuit, sunscreen, water, and a certified first aid kit, along with a detailed safety briefing before entering the water.
